Absolute disaster

Never buy from this website! The item I purchased was falsely advertised as being "genuine marble" come to find out it was either cement or some cheap stone with a veneer (not marble)...Their customer service is awful. I wasted weeks trying to work out a situation that was fair seeing as I waited weeks for my item that arrived broken 2 times and was not at all what was advertised. They refuse to refund me or replace the item for one that isn't broken. Now I'm stuck with a fake marble broken table that I have to throw out and I wasted time and $1000. Don't ever purchase from this place.

The worst company I've ever dealt with

I simply can't go into details as I am absolutely exhausted dealing with these crooks. Barbara Maldonado Is the worst customer experience manager I've ever seen and in closing I'll give you the same condescending remark you gave me, "I hope you have a lovely day!"
