I ordered a pair of diamond studs,the amount was 499.00 plus tax,and shipping. I never received the item. Yet they are continually taking money from my account. I contacted them 4 times. Still I have not received my money. I followed everything that they wanted me to do. Still nothing. It has been 4 or 5 months since I ordered the item. I can't remember the exact date because after I ordered it I was admitted into the hospital. Resolution Sought I want them to refund my money. I do not have their merchandise. I need my money. And they are not even trying to refund me. I do not have their merchandise!

On May 14, 2024, Ms. Hampton purchased a pair of Peace Jewelers 14K Gold Choice of Carat Weight Cultured Diamond Stud Earrings-YELLOW GOLD-.5 CARAT from Shop HQ. On May 20, 2024, Mrs. Hampton advised us that she did not receive the item and a delivery claim was filed for the item and on July 29, 2024, Mrs. Hampton was refunded. The total of the item purchased by Mrs. Hampton was 425.43. Mrs. Hampton purchased the item on a 6-month Value Payment plan and made 3 payments for the item totaling $225.93, that was refunded back to her in 3 separate refunds $92.93, $66.50, $66.50. Shop HQ strives to ensure that all customers receive the items that they purchase. We do sincerely apologize that Mrs. Hampton did not receive her item but she has been refunded in full for the amount that she paid for the item.

Yet they are still taking my money from my bank account. I want my money back all of it. I will gather all of my statements. From my bank and submit them to you thank you.

I place an order June 2022 the FedEx delivery driver left the package in Woodmere NY it was June 14, 2022. They replace the items weeks later the package delivered was on an 18 month deferred payment order it was gem of distinction with a 2 year warranty plan as well they should deferred this balance for 18 months for 2023 because it was their error not to have put these it's back on the 18 month deferred payments along with my 2 year protection warranty. I've called them I was told that they would adjust it but it has not been put on my statement. I was also told by a supervisor that it would take two business cycles so I've been checking to see Resolution Sought That the would put the merchandise back on 18 months deferred payments along with updates on my 2 year protection plan for 2023. I would like correspondence to this effect because I have the letter from shopHQ that it was going to be adjusted to 18 months but what about my 2 year protection warranty.

That item was an 18 deferred payment and it was in my order history but now they have taken my proof receipt and removed it from my order history this is tampering with evidence and isn't acceptable they could've left me a message as I'm a senior and have plenty of spam calls that I don't pick up. They say I'm carrying a balance outside of deferred payments and didn't receive any replacement statements that would prove that. I looking to keep my account in good standing and have the account balance reflected on my billing account it's really frustrating that ShopHQ is doing this to me I feel like I'm never going to get any where with them their business is tone deaf to customers and I would like that reflected they tampered with my accounts.
