Purchased their product through PayPal and was returned to sender by USPS ( by me), because it was returned as a refusal/RTS unopened, there was no postage needed which there will also be no tracking #. I have emailed Shoppy Daily no response, so I emailed yosoyalexisramirez@gmail.com where payment was sent several times but no response. Resolution Sought Refund 89.08 to PayPal on my account.

The client purchased a product in our online store and the package was delivered with no issues. A few days after, a Paypal complaint was opened with a refund request because the package was refused and returned to us. We submitted all the documentation and also explained to the client that of course we will refund the credit, but we needed to receive the product first before approving the refund. The Paypal case was decided in our favor, because we will refund as soon as the package is received. When a package is refused, we don't have any way to track it and there is no estimated arrival date. Because our products are shipped from overseas, the returns can take several days when the package is refused/returned to sender. This is why our return policy speficies that to return the package, please contact us first and we will provide return instructions and our U.S. return address to make the process as fast as possible. In this case, the package has not been received yet. Our warehouse team overseas has been informed and as soon as this package is received, the client will be refunded in the original payment method. In the meantime, we are still waiting for the package to arrive. Thank you for your attention to this matter, we appreciate it. Have a great day.
