Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Wss lists this item on their site for sale. If you scroll down their rerun policy is clearly listed. Goes as far as to say if somethings wrong we can exchange blah blah . I got the shoes wanted to return and order for a smaller size. I email them to initiate the return and they sale their clearance can't be returned. They can not show me anywhere on the page where it says clearance bc it doesn't. And you have to click to two external links to see clearance js non returnable. They don't indicate there is a large difference btw clearance and sale. They need to indicate that you're taking a gamble on a clearance item. If they indicated clearance non returnable of course the gamble is on me. It's indicated no where and it looks like it is return friendly
