Went to get recommended service: 1. Front right away bar link 2. Fuel and oil treatment 3. Wheel alignment On appt day they don't have the parts Came back the next day got service. They gave me my car with the oil indicator on Car still pulling from left to right depending on speed. Took it back and they told me I needed a rack and pinion steering I have a 2018 Accord less than 50k miles Then they tried to sell me a new car, claiming they would eat the repairs on mine. I got 3 other 2nd options 1 at another Honda and all three recommendations was tires and alignments. They didn't even want to give my money back. And to make matters worse they act like I had no reason to be upset.. and to top it off.. the sales manager keep calling me Bruh, which is a racial innuendo. This place is a scam. if I had paid the more than 3500 to get the rack and pinion done or got a 700 plus car payment due to their advise…. Resolution Sought A refund for the money I paid them and the contract with Sunbit to be canceled along with a refund for the 2nd opinions I went and got along with $390 for time wasted
