The company was contracted by the school and took portraits of my child. The photographs are horrible and despite several attempts to reschedule or find a resolution, nothing has been provided. Resolution Sought An appointment before 12/25 to have retakes done.

I ordered school pictures in September. In October I received photo of wrong child! They pride themselves on privacy , obviously not. I have contacted them several times. Each time providing the same answers to the same questions! Here it is now November. Still no product or refund! Resolution Sought I would like my daughters pictures asap.
