I deposited $10 to PrizePicks, played a fantasy entry, and won $90. They deactivated my account without cause and are refusing to release my winnings. This feels like fraud, and I am requesting an investigation into their practices in this state. Resolution Sought Full refund.

I recently deposited money to this website, which I have done in the past and had no problems. I made a mistake on my deposit and I asked customer service if I could do a withdrawal and shortly after my account was canceled with $531 still in my account That is my complaint. I want to see how I get my money back every time I try contacting them they send me the terms and conditions of their website and I can't talk to anybody live. I need this resolved. I want my money back. Resolution Sought Give me back my $531 that I deposited into their website on my account that soon after they got canceled after I made my deposit
