I was sick with the covid and ask them if they could defer a payment. They said yes and I went to go do that deferred payment and they said it's too late they said they gave me until a certain date. I don't recall stating yesterday but they said they had a recorded and their customer service is very rude no service whatsoever and I've heard from other people that know that company that says nothing but bad things about him Resolution Sought To have some consideration due to my

An electronic pay order form account was cancelled because of a hold on my account. My payment was due on the 26th of August and I did send in a check from my other account in a different bank to the credit company which they got before my due date. However they still charge me 15 dollars for the electronic payment that did not go through. My monthly payment are 259.00 dollars, In June two payments were drawn from my account within 4 days of each other. Hence I had to put a stop on electronic payment method and send in the payments the good old fashioned way, writing a physical check and mailing it . Resolution Sought I want Sierra Credit to stop charging me for the extra money they intended to take out of my other account at Bank of America. Since my Citibank replacement Check got to them on time.
