Customer Complaint

I was charged $595 by a company I never worked with. I was working with a sales rep by the name of David Ambrosini who works with Valorpaytech. No one isn't answering my calls. I called and emailed the company valorpaytech and called and texted the sales rep and I have been getting the runaround. I spoke with an Amy Lucas via email from Valorpaytech who said she is limited to look on my account and I spoke with someone else from signapay and they said that they can't help me but gave me a number 888.871.2230 sales for valorpaytech and they don't handle what I'm asking for which is to explain to me why the charge when you received the equipment next day air. I called back to and there's no answer. No one isn't picking up the phone. Resolution Sought Reimburse me $595.

This merchant seems to be confused. There aren't sales people from Valor Paytech. Valor Paytech is a hardware provider. She signed a contract with us and she ran a transaction that we funded to her account. We have her signed agreement, along with drivers license, voided check, business license etc. The account went through our underwriting team and then equipment was deployed and used by the merchant. When the merchant called into cancel we applied the agreed upon cancellation fee according to the contract the merchant signed.
