I purchased a vehicle on March 2020 with signature auto sales. After viewing a Facebook ad for 15, 000 dollars I attempted to purchase. The car was not the price sold to me but instead my loan was 22 000 and more with added on services I was never told about. After driving the car for 3 days, I was making noice, I contacted the auto place where I then brought the car back. I was told it was the air pressure. After 2 weeks the car still made noice so I contacted the dealership again. I was told to send my car to a shop recommended by the manager. After taking my car there, the brakes were bad, rotors and numerous other issues not mentioned by the mechanic due to communication only with the dealership. Unfortunately my car was hit 3 months later and totaled. There was a veteran warranty that was on my contract with the dealership which I canceled effective June 6 which there was to be a refund of the funds paid by me after cancellation of the warranty. This money was supposed to go back to my bank crescent bank by the warranty department and the dealership. This never happened. I contacted the dealership numerous times informing them of the current dilemma in which there was no response. I paid my loan in full due to the fees and interest building up. In turn the money due from the dealership is due to me as per my bank crescent bank and the warranty department. The dealership are refusing to help me or even answer my calls or emails to resolve this matter. Please help me. Resolution Sought I would like the refund that is owed to me in full payment.

UPDATED 12/28/21: I want my warranty money in full. I have received nothing from signature auto. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ They will charge you additional fees for services they do not do. Cars that they sell don't even belong to them, they sell cars that are not their own, they do fraud transactions, cars that they sell have many problems. They are unreliable and unwilling to help customers. Rude and disrespectful. Please don't buy from them. They should be shut down
