I have been waiting on a refund check since 2/6/2024. I keep getting the run around about the check and several different excuses. It should have been a credit back to my card to begin with. I just want my money. Resolution Sought Refund my money or credit my Kay jewelry card and mail me the difference.

I purchased earrings online at Kay Jewlers Jan30,2024 when purchasing on Kay's website it states any order over 1000$ would need a signature as well as your ID to accept package. Online my package states delivered by UPS I never received my earrings nor did I sign for anything when speaking with UPS I was told a signature wasn't required to drop off a package I have yet to hear back from anyone regarding my payment the earrings were a Valentine's Day gift to my girlfriend which I didn't receive and I'm out of 1500$ Resolution Sought I would like a refund of the full amount paid
