Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Hi I have sent money to my sister, she has not received and they are unable to refund my money since April 9th ??amounting to $870. First they told me that I will receive my money 2 to 3 business days now it is 10 days My grandmother was sick she could not be treated because the money I sent was not not been received, now they don't want to refund my money Resolution Sought I need my refund
