Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

January 10, 2024 Flight #3M 104 from San Juan to Dominica was turned around and returned to San Juan with mechanical issues. My husband (Fitzroy Joseph) had to spend the night at the Airport Hotel in a single room costing $184. I filed for reimbursement on January 11, 2024. I was informed it would take 3 months to receive a check. That alone is absurd. I have written numerous emails and made dozens of phone calls to Silver Airways. On May 11, 2024 I was informed that my request for reimbursement was sent to Silver's finance department on April 5! and that was the final step in the process except for mailing of a check. They requested that I wait another 10 to 15 weeks! As of today, July 15, I have not yet received payment and calling them only results in extended hold time and little or no results. The case # assigned to my request for reimbursement are: 395822, 395940, 405648. I don't know why they kept giving me different case # for same case. Resolution Sought Mail hotel reimbursement check immediately.
