A day late a dollar short on how to run a business

I have had this company cancel my twice for no reason. Slow to answer the phone or problem solve calling them is slow and tedious.i like the program but not the management.my last experience was trying to give them credit card info when i changed banks they told me your debit card Dont process at the same time I'm using them all over town currently.finally my credit card worked but the process seemed slow and unnecessary . Silver sneakers seems to be head and shoulders the better company in my opinion and the program may make you happy as long as you can avoid management
