Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

A variety of factors are considered when calculating CRI. This includes how quickly a company responds to complaints, the number of complaints against a company, whether the company addressed complaint allegations, and the outcome of the complaints. CRI is just a subset of the overall rating for the company. Consumers are encouraged to take into consideration the company's CRI, their overall BCA letter rating and other relevant information about the company so they can make a well-informed purchasing decision.

We're not sure as to the amount involved but SilverCache has failed to answer a request which we emailed them two months ago. The following is a copy of what was sent to them. Legacy Wealth Builder Plan 2 months ago to support@silvercache.com Re: Concerning our monthly Legacy Builder Plan. Dear Sirs, In attempting to contact you by phone, at 775-636-9499, we're told by a computer that that is not a valid number. When we opened out latest delivery, we noticed that we're one coin short of what was normal for years for being a loyal client. We would like an explanation of why we have been shorted a coin for sometime now. $83.36 for a single coin is only building wealth legacy on one side of this deal and it's not our side. Two coins for that price is really too much but it was something that we were willing to live with. When can we expect to receive the coins that we have been shorted for some time now? In contacting some of your other clients, we've found that some of them are not exactly happy with how things have gone in their dealings with you and are talking about contacting the FTC if things aren't straightened out. This is something that we want no part of. That is why we trashed the information that we recei Resolution Sought To make up the difference in unshipped coins then close our account for failure to answer our request for information.
