Silver Lake Healthcare Center complaints

I came to silver lake healthcare center June 25th 2021 for rehabilitation I was in so much pain from a slip and fall I was actually knocked down the steps from my ex roommate of 16 years but I came here for rehabilitation the only wanted to give me Tylenol which did not help with pain and they tried using a dietothermy machine sound waves which did not help once they gave me tramadol for pain I was able to do physical therapy but they only gave me a certain amount of sessions and then it stopped and they gave me a certain more 8 or 10 more sessions and then it stopped they say this is from insurance I was able to walk when I got here when they came they put me in a wheelchair which has made me weak and unable to walk I asked for a section 8 application in January 2021 they mailed it in February 2021 this place did not give it to me until the middle of June when I knew I was calling to get another application which was mailed to me in 3 days my identification has expired since I've been here they overtook money from me and they should not have they tried to pay me back with a Walmart debit card and they check for $861 they finally got a van to take us to DOT, for current identification so that I can mail in my section 8 application they're keeping me in a wheelchair keep me weak to keep collecting my social security disability check and not giving me rehabilitation this to me is social security disability fraud and I am not the only one who knows this Resolution Sought I would like all the money they've taken from me since I've been here I need to roll later to walk again and I need a section 8 application so that I can get an apartment that cost 30 of my income I do not belong here I did not know that it was a rehabilitation center and a nursing home I can take care of myself I shower everyday I can feed myself I can call and order my own food all I would need in my own apartment is a home health aide silver lake healthcare center is criminal.
