The largest issue we have encountered is the lack of available dates at the times we requested. It seems that every time we attempted to book our timeshare, the dates we want are unavailable. This has not only caused enormous frustration, but has also rendered our ownership practically useless. The few times we were able to use the timeshare was in the early years of our ownership. Since 2014 it has become increasingly challenging to secure the date we wished for, leading us to give up on using this altogether. The rising maintenance fees have become a significant concern. The fees continue to be billed to us each year, regardless of the fact we haven't used this in years. Resolution Sought Cancellation of our timeshare.

I have been in this resort from Feb 2nd to Feb 7h. I´m from Argentina and I can´t go to the resort to complain again and is really hard to contact this hotel by email or phone. They charged me the security deposit ($150) through my debit card and after my check out I did not receive the refound. they told me I need to contact my bank.. my bank told me they have not receive anything from them to perform the refound. So I called them again and they only told me the Resort manager will call me and nothing.. I´m in this situation from February. Resolution Sought $150 refound through my debit card.
