I bought, a southwest Vacation Package through Soutwest Airlines Vacations. at the Silver Legacy Resort for two rooms starting . This was my 7th time to attend the Reno Air Races. This stay was for four nights starting 09/12/2023, after we all checked into the two rooms, 9/12/2023. On the 4th nigh,t a very rude young night manager , accused me of trying to defraud your hotel of the cost of one nights stay in, one room, saying Southwest Airlines had not paid for the fourth night, for one of the rooms. Even though I showed him, the Southwest airlines, receipt, showing I had paid for both rooms for four nights , to the night manager, for the fourth night, he was very belligerent , insisted I, pay the hotel $572.78, for the 4th night. He then threatened me he would have me evicted and arrested, so I paid the unjustified $572.78. This the same as robbery by coercion. Resolution Sought Reimburse me for the $572.68.

I bought 2/ 4 night stays at the silver Legacy Hotel in Reno Nevada through Southwest Airlines. In my name and my cousins name Nickey Nickels, on the fourth night a very impolite night manager approached me in the lobby, accusing me in the lobby in front of all my friends, acussing of me of trying to cheat the Silver Legacy Hotel out of one night of the rooms. Even after I showed him my Southwest Airlines receipt, the night manager insisted I pay him $572.78 for the night room or go to Jail. Resolution Sought I want a $572.78 refund.
