I finance a car from here and been having engine problems and took car in 4 times and issues have not been resolved. Owner said he will give me the money for the down payment back but now is refusing to take my calls and receptionist refuse to give me any information on the business license number. It was a cash and trade in and they sold my trade in and the person who bought it was involved in a hit and run and my insurance is trying to get me to pay and used car dealer refuse to give me any information on the trade in so I can take it to the DMV or email my insurance with the info of the trade in. Resolution Sought Refund of my down payment and I won't seek legal action against the used car dealership.
