7/21/2022 I order three products two books that cost 2.99 each and a pair of sandals that cost 19.99 the sandals came apart I call them and they took off and gave me the deduction of the amount so I owe them 23.00 dollars so I sent in the payment and another payment so only owed them was 13.00 dollars I sent it in and that closed the bill I owe the following month I got a bill saying that they didn't get it I had the money order receipt and the are saying that now it is past due and has a late fee that is bullshit and they said now I owe them 23.00 dollars and they threaten that they will mess my credit up if I don't pay please help me out they are fraud Resolution Sought Clear my Bill I paid them what I owe the late fees are wrong

I have been paying this bill for over 3 years now and all they take off the bill is a dollar and I am never going to get this payed pay off. Last bill balance was 190.45 and the new balance is 189.04 they do this every month this is not right. Resolution Sought Clear my balance to zero. I know I over payed them it has been 3 years and the bill still never was payed off
