SIMMONS ROOFING Owner CLINTON SIMMONS Was hired to put a roof on on July 19, 2022 his employees covered up Rottenwood with barrier paper on the roof instead of replacing the rotten plywood. On the backside of the house where the new shingles were put on The shingles look so bad and wavy. So I got in touch with Owens Corning roofing and asphalt shingles and had a representative come out to talk with me and take pictures of the roof meanwhile he left me a box to send two shingles in to be examined by Corning we had to get a contractor to take two shingles off the roof while he was removing to Shingles he discovered there was no barrier paper on the roof shingles at all all you could see was plywood we sent the two shingles in to be examined and I got a letter back from Owens Corning roofing they sent me a letter back denying the claim because the contractor did install the roof right if you want to contact Owens corning claim number#20591182 and phone number 419-248-8000 we had talk to Mr. SIMMONS a couple times about the roof and he did come over and talk to us and said that he would take care of it so now he will not answer the phone emails or anything we did file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and we got in touch with them Friday to see where they were or on the complaint they told us they have already sent a letter to him.
