9/28 I had an authorized charge for auto refill of 49.76 9/29 I had unauthorized charge for 53.50 I called and the man spoke very little English and was trying to coerce me into keeping my money in reserve. I stated multiple times I don't want that and that I wanted a refund. He started getting angry with me and telling that I have to keep it in reserve. After making a statement that I am reporting this to BBB he began to finally start working on my account to make the refund. During waiting he started asking where do I work and how many hours, what's my address and several other personal information that really concerned me. I did not give him any information. He stated that I was refunded. And then I saw that I was charged multiple times afterwards within hours. I called again and dealt with same kind of behavior. Again they stated it would be refunded. I now have 4 new charges for 9/30 for 49.76, 53.50, 53.50 and 51.26. It was "successful payment" It's still 9/29. The site will not let me remove my cards or change my password. I already had to get a new card last month because of the same issue. I have had simple mobile for a long time. There were children crying in the background and what sounded like a lot of fighting, dogs barking etc. I observed this on both calls. The rudeness and yelling at me was not professional. Both phone calls kept insisting that I have to keep my money in reserve or I will loose my services. Each time I said no I want a refund and no ch Resolution Sought Refund my money and stop continuously charging me with unauthorized charges.

On June 28, 2025, I ordered a iPhone 14 128GB - MIDNIGHT, and a $60 calling plan. The total amount for said order was: $489.98 which was deducted from my bank account via a Visa debit card. The order was never received, but they took my money. I demand an immediate full and complete refund. Resolution Sought I require a full refund and a written apology.
