Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. Bought a product 28 July never received it. I have been charged for three recurring payments after that. I called the company and they first stated problems with shipping and will resend product. We agreed they would resend original product and refund the three payments, since original product or recurring products were Never sent. Two payments were refunded on 14 Sept, original product and one payment still not sent. Called again for full refund they claim they would. Then they send an e check that I can't access. They claim they tried to refund to my account but it didn't work. I explained it worked on 14 Sept and nothing has changed. They basically said, to bad! Resolution Sought Total refund of monies and company investigated. I am probably not the only one
