I placed an online order on 09/14/2021. Bottom line; they charged my account twice, then credited the money back. The order was then cancelled, via my call to their call center. Then at will, and over night, someone pushed the order through and charged me again, without my consent. I called again, the next morning, as soon as I saw the 3rd charge on my account. Basically they told me they could do nothing to stop the order from being sent to me, and to have a nice day. It was literally the next morning. They had overdrawn my account, at this point. So I ended up being forced to cancel my debit card, to prevent any further charges, and was forced to spend many hours on the phone, filing a dispute for the charge with my bank, and speaking to SimpliSafe's customer service people, trying to get my money back. I finally decided to file a report when one of their Reps, who called himself 'Steven' and said he was a Supervisor, told me I wouldn't be able to get my money back because I had cancelled my debit card. They overdrew my account, when they charged me for something I did not consent to. Someone needs to do something so this doesn't happen to anyone again! Most of us working class people can't afford to lose $308.55 for 10 days, and it not have an adverse effect on us. This is unacceptable and should not happen to anyone again! Resolution Sought I'm not sure I would trust mine and my daughters safety in their hands. They would have to prove my feelings towards their services were wrong. I didn't feel helping me, or fixing what they had done was a priority for them. I am now using "Ring," and would have to be shown I could trust them, before I would switch to SimpliSafe.

I keep having a problem withy Simplysafe system. Today my base station is red. I've sent over an hour trying to get help and those assholes don't answer the phone. This is unacceptable in the whole security business. Resolution Sought Get these people to actually call me and be available when I call them.
