I've been with SimpliSafe for six years not only did I have issues with their doorbell constantly. The big issue is I was the first two years on a plan for a certain amount and then all of a sudden they say they did an update and to have those certain features in your plan you have to upgrade, they just did that to me again they've done it twice over the six years. I'm with them. Resolution Sought Stop playing this game and doing this to customers if it's even legal, I would like to have someone look into it and see if these practices of theirs are legal
