Poor Customer Service

3831 S High St Columbus Ohio 43207 Nicole is the employee to be exact. I just returned a gift my sister brought for me days ago. She refused to give me a cash refund when I a receipt. It was a gift!!!!! Those funds already cleared my sisters account. She claims its their store policy. Even if it is I don't appreciate how she was talking to me with her RUDE SELF!! And steady getting smart with me as I left. I told her she needs to learn customer service and she was like WHATEVER MAAM BYE. I will never shop there again. I called the store from a friends phone because I planned to file a complaint with their home office and she answered the phone and I said to her she needs to watch herself and I'm filing a complaint and hung up. Nicole got my phone number out Simply 10 customer log and called my phone and left a voice mail talking about "you better watch your back too Bitch" I didn't even call from my number because I left my phone at home and used someone else phone so she had the nerve to get my number out of the stores system and call me back. When I got home I had that message which I saved.
Fire Nicole. She has no business interacting with the public in retail. She has no customer service experience at all.
