Investigate and possibly give them a fat fine for fraud or something

My husband went to the store earlier sun July 2 8am got our usual cigars for 1.08 so he went bk at 11pm and the guy said they we 1.35 so i called up there and the guy said they were .99 this isn't the first time these ppl just made they own tax on their items these ppl r thieves and are pocketing our money secretly they are going up on tax that doesnt exists they really need to be investigated then one of them gave my husband some way expired donuts I told him to throw them away numerous of times we had this flip on price and tax with this gas station they owe us about 20 dollars due to the flip flop in prices
