On Dec 15,2022 the new Sinclair gas station on R street in Merced California had an advertised sign for gas for 2.99 a gallon from 4 AM to 10 PM. Me and my wife check both of our vehicles there one at 6 PM and the other at 7:30 PM and we were not given the gas for 2.99. It was raised to 3.49 gallon . I spoke to the owner Sean, and he refused to honor his advertisement. Sean stated that if he gave me the gas at that price they would go out of business. I inform Sean that by law he has to stand by his advertisement. Sean then went on to state that he had run out of fuel. At the time I was there, the gas station was full of customers any fuel, I informed Sean of this, and he got very rude and hanged up on me. I have pictures to support my allegations. Resolution Sought I would like a full refund of my gas and an apology from the owner to me and my wife.
