I visited this gas station on Thursday, 9-7 bought gas plus paid for the works car wash. The car wash DID NOT WORK. It only went down the left side of my car with extremely low suds and all other chemicals were barely a trickle with no scrubbing machine. I called the owner 4 times to rectify my concern and the business owner NEVER returned my messages. The employed there are clueless. I live in Riverside, Ca and will not drive 69 miles. Please help! I just want my refund so I can get my car washed. Resolution Sought Refund please. I would have given this business a negative if it was possible.

Company states; The customer visited our facility and got gas and a car wash. After using the car wash, they voiced that they were not satisfied. After obsessing her car, we concluded that the car wash had done what it was meant to do. Our car wash is a maintenance was, so it's not meant to make the car come out perfect. Regardless, we offered her another car wash for free. She refused the offer and asked for a refund saying our wash is broken and doesn't work. Our car wash is very important to the livelihood of our business, so we make it a point to keep it in its best condition every day. This means we check on it multiple times a day and call technician at any signs of faults immediately. A customer voicing a complaint about it raises our concerns immediately, so we swiftly ran our own car through, but didn't notice anything out of the ordinary. We average about 150-200 washes a day. That day there were zero other complaints from any other customers. Regarding the calls, I called her back twice for 3 days, before she finally answered her phone. I understand the customers resentment, but from our point of view, it looks like someone trying to get a quick service without needing to pay. The car wash was $10, so her disputing $46.06 means she wants a refund on the gas as well, further amounts my suspicions. Those reasons are why I have refused this customer's refund request.
