I booked an appointment for Botox and lip fillers. I told the practitioner I do not want a lot, if any. She proceeded to tell me what we could do, and it would be much less than what the person I came with is getting (25 units). I agreed, assuming I was getting LESS than 25 units like she promised. During checkout I see she gave me 45 units of Botox, so almost double. I also tried using gift cards that they granted to me and allé had on my file, but she denied me using those as well. She said I cannot use "points" but in every other place I've been, gift cards are money. I filed a dispute with my CC company for just the botox ($500) but they denied it. Resolution Sought Give me a refund for the excessive amounts of botox I've received.
