Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. My fiancé traded his truck in back in August of 2023, in December of 2023 he started getting charged $30.87 a month for Sirius radio on that truck, he called them and they said they had to put a ticket in for this complaint and get back to him, never got back to him, we called again and no resolution. January he got charged again, we called and they assured us the card info was deleted and he would be charged again. February came and they took money AGAIN. I finally called this time and got a manager. She said the truck account got transferred to my name somehow, but still on that vehicle but the card number was still his. She deleted the account, the card info and said she issued me a refund for the 3 months. The check came in the mail the other day it was for $24.47, which isn't even a months worth. I called this morning and the guy told me due to the account being closed he couldn't help me and that the amount of the check we received was correct because it's a partially used account. He refused to listen and said he couldn't help me. All I wanted was the full refund. Resolution Sought I would like them to contact me and issue me my full refund and maybe some free months compensation on MY VEHICLE. For this huge inconvenience.

I made a payment of 299.99 on Oct 6, 2023 for 4 years of Sirius Radio. My payment went through fine on my master card. Sirius says they have no record of receiving it. Master card said the 299.99 was indeed paid on Oct 6, and it went to My Global Web Solutions with an incomplete phone number of 877-845-92_ _. Does My Global We Solutions collect payment for Sirius Radio? I have spent over 7 hrs on the phone and chats with Sirius Radio trying to resolve this. They have no info on my payment or my discussion with a Roman on Oct 6...the payment was for 48 months or approx. $6 a month. I truly worry that this will never get resolved. Many of the people at Sirius are difficult to understand. I just got off of a 57 minutes phone call w them. I've talked to at least 7 people over the span of 7 hours. I've been a subscribed since 2011 and when I purchased a different car I called on Oct 6 to have the subscription transferred. My current subscription account number 530659505653. Subscription account number should not have changed w the new car. My former subscription account number ended in 6114. Even if they erroneously opened a new acct for me on Oct 3, I have paid $299.99 verified by master card and have no radio service...and now a bill for $10.62 per month. The acct is under Susan Miller phone is 814-881-3288. Address is 1855 Campden Way Fairview PA 16415. The radio ID number for my 2020 Mercedes Benz S 450 is R8AANAOR. Resolution Sought Have Sirius receive the funds of $299.99 from My Global Web Solutions and to honor my agreement with the gentleman named Roman for that to be for 48 months of service. This took place on Oct 3 2023.
