We purchased new windows. The installer was putting them in and they were the wrong size the company measured wrong .The installer was fudging them in with extra wood. I contacted the company that we purchased from and they said they would get us the correct size windows and still have not they look terrible. They can have those windows nothing we need them for just want the correct Size to honor their word .We are elderly can't afford to keep paying . Resolution Sought Is too get the correct size windows.

Company states: They have never called us directly to complain about the size of the windows. I called the customer and left a voicemail. I would like to get this issue resolved if the customer can call us back.
