Purchased diamond season passes for Six Flags while visiting Georgia. Benefits listed include a 2023 Season Cup. We did get our cups while visiting Georgia because we didn't need extra items in our car while going home. We went to Darien Lake Six Flags in New York. They would not honor the season cup benefit even though the benefits list it as available at any Six Flags. I tried disputing this with Six Flags and they tried stating that they only had to honor it at Six Flags over Georgia. I took screenshots of benefits. The cup is one of the benefits that lists as available at any Six Flags whereas other benefits which include reduced tickets for friends clearly states good for only the Georgia location. Resolution Sought Reimbursement for my cups! They are $40 a piece. We did get them half off, bough 5 of the unlimited cups at half price so 20x5 is $100 and we also bought the regular cup that is $20 so $120 in total. Would like at the least $60 back for the three that should have been included with our pass.

Ms. Donna is correct in her complaint that Six Flags does allow usage of our 2023 Season Bottles at all Six Flags parks as shown in the screenshot she provided us. However, in Ms. Donnas complaint, she insinuates that she did not bring those bottles back home with her in her statement, "we didn't need extra items in our car while going home.". Six Flags allows one (1) free drink bottle redemption during the season. If those bottles are lost, stolen or damaged, a purchase would be required for additional bottles. We will not be able to issue any refund for this reason. We have reached out to Ms. Donna and informed her of our stance.

And as I stated in my initial emails to Six Flags, though my complaint had a typo omitting the word “not”, we never received our Free bottles at any park! We didn’t receive them in Georgia because we didn’t want to bring them in any already full car. We PURCHASED a single lime green cup in Georgia. We PURCHASED teal cups at Darien Lake because they refused to allow us to get our free cups there! This could have all been solved in person at Darien Lake had they allowed us our free cups there instead of insisting that we would have to get them in Georgia. We had already vacationed to Georgia and only got a single lime cup so as to have less stuff to travel home.

Donna had a typo in her initial complaint which stated that she did pick up her drink bottles at Six Flags Over Georgia while on vacation but did not take them back with her to her home state due to not needing extra things in her car. Because of this initial statement, we denied the refund request as guests are only allowed to redeem one season drink bottle per season. Donna reached back out to us stating this had been a typo and that her complaint should have read "We did not pick up the bottles because we did not need more items in the car. Upon her clarifying, we did reach back out to Donna and asked that she provide us with her drink bottle purchase information. Once we have received this, we will be able to move forward with a refund. We have not heard back from Donna at this time. Please let me know if you have any questions.
