Late June. My son wanted to go to six flags new england. I looked online and saw they offered a platinum pass that would allow us admission to six flags new england . The home park was great escape lake george . We live closer to Lake george so we figured we can use it for great escape mostly. But it will also get us into six flags NE . So our weekend getaway will be set as well as the rest of the summer. July 4 comes and we bring our receipt and bar codes up to great escape to use for rides and fireworks. They have an issue scanning it so our cards weren't right but we had cards and were allowed in. We were told NE could fix when we went there. Fast forward to this past wind. Scan barcodes at parking on Fri. Free to go. Get to the line and are told it's no good . Sit in cust relations for an hour. The finally let us go. Sat comes and we go back. Won't let us go through to park for 20 mins. Go back in go straight to cust relations. Another hour in line . Other ppl with the same issues. Finally get through after being treat terribly . Now Monday we are back home. No one will even help us with this . Everyone has been rude. The platinum pass says it gets us in these places but everything has been a struggle. We still have the rest of summer and still no actual pass . Every time will be a waste of time. Not to mention you can't bring stuff in so the money spent on everything else Resolution Sought Between the anger, stress , money and time I want a full refund. I'd rather not go anymore or deal with this . It's not worth it. The stress of my 4 year old, fiance , and 2 teenages . In the 90 plus degree heat it's just not worth it. Not to mention the other ppl in line with the same issue were all offered different types of compensation
