I had a 12 months contract with Six flags paying $40.24 first payment occurred 11-20-21, according to the contract I agreed to they were going to send an email reminder when contract was up for me to either cancel or continue, well such email was never sent, I have every single email from them, contract was supposed to expired 10-20-22 and in top of the contract not expiring they raise the monthly fee without noticed, when I call I spoke to Caprice that was clueless and didn't know what to tell me, I asked to be transfer to a supervisor and spoke to Sandy, name in email is Sandra that refused to give me her last name nor employee id, claimed they send an email due to high cost of living prices will go up, I never got such email, ask her to forward me original email, she copy and paste what she claimed it was send, again search on my emails and I never got it, I asked her to refund me what it was overcharged or if I was able to used the park when they open and she refused to either request, I'm not paying for something I won't be able to used, they owed me $146.16 and I want a refund ASAP the same way they took it out of my bank account without fail. Resolution Sought Refund my money ASAP.

My teenage kids (2) were visiting this week and we went to Six Flags over Georgia. I decided it would be better to pay at the park because I personally don't like amusement parks — and my intent was to only walk around with my kids not partake in the rides. The girl at the window, named Jade charged me full price. Ok, I understand but she charged us each $80 or a total of $254.51 when the online price was buy 2-day passes get one free. My total should have been $96 for three tickets. I then immediately proceeded the "Guest Services" window where I was told by "Jade" these were online prices only. Nowhere on your website does it mention this. Also, when my daughter requested a cup for water at the Primos Pizza they offered a bottle of Dasani for $3.99. She said again, I only want a cup for water — we were charged $5.99 x 2 cups. Unreal. Also, the $6.99 Caesar's pizza had wilted brown lettuce, did not have any croutons or cheese — was just a bowl of lettuce. I am not so upset about the food; just thought you should know how poor the quality is. I am concerned over the entrance fees. I have included photos. Unless I hear back within a reasonable time on how to rectify this situation, I plan to call the Better Business Bureau and Better Call Harry, Consumer Advocate at CBS Channel 46.
