I'm filing a lawsuit!!

Six Flags has by far he worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The security supervisor was very rude. The phone number given does not allow you to speak with anyone. I left several voice messages and no one will respond. My car has been in their parking lot for 4 days and no one will assist me. One of their own employees said that the employees there are very lazy and rude. I waited at the park for 4 hours to speak with a supervisor since no one would return my call. I am filing a lawsuit and will never go there again. I will travel to another state before I go to the one in Georgia.

The staff was VERY rude and unprofessional at Six Flags Over Georgia.

I was discriminated against several times. The staff was VERY rude and unprofessional. I stood in line almost two hours waiting to buy a season pass to be informed it needed to be done online then wait in another line thirty minutes to get in to be in. Half of the park was not operating and no said that in advance. On the carousel the person. announcing had told everyone to hold on at all times then sang "Are you Happy and you know it song" instructing them to clap their hands. I have a never seen it thus horrible. Exam this company. There was not one employee that was of any race other than black. Train the staff in diversity training. Apologize to my family for this experience and compensate us for the discrimination. Make this park a safe place. Have trained staff a throughout the park that can provide information if needed.
