Sizzlefish is nothing but a scam!!

I ordered crab legs on 01/19/24 and have not heard from the company or received any emails. It states in the confirmation that they will send an email letting me know about shipping. Total time for processing and shipping is supposedly to be 7-10 days. To this day I haven't received anything but the confirmation. I've tried calling several time, leaving voicemail. And I've sent emails to them requesting a call back. Still have t heard anything. The money was taken out of the bank within 12 hours.
