I put 1500.00 security for a place to live. Never signed a lease or contract. The next morning I tried to call and text the company I couldn't take town house because I lost my job. I was told they would call me and they still have not tried to contact. Resolution Sought Give me back my money please.

We approved Ms. Lewis and sent her deposit link and emailed her lease (which she was unable to e-sign). We rushed and were getting unit ready for Ms. Lewis to move in end of October. We decided to give her keys on 10/28/2021. By the time Ms. Lewis was able to pay deposit and then let us know that she is not going to move in, our other applicant for this unit was no longer looking for a place as they found another place because we approved Ms. Lewis. (She applied before). We told Ms. Lewis that we will reach out to other leads and if we find someone sooner. We have found a tenant to lease starting 12/01/2021. This is the second time Ms. Lewis charged her mind. She gave us all the paperwork with application and then changed her mind. We mailed her paperwork back to her as it had personal information on it. Ms. Lewis called back as of two days later requesting that she is still interested in renting. First instance occurred in beginning of October. Check was sent to Ms. Lewis.
