Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) Explained The Complaint Resolution Index (CRI) is an indicator on how responsive a company is in addressing and resolving customer complaints brought to their attention by BCA. If they are considering doing business with the company, consumers can use this indicator to forecast the likelihood of having their issues addressed if a problem arises. CRI measures the company's customer satisfaction abilities through BCA’s complaint mediation process.

I purchased mower at Lowe's for 383.00 I also purchased extended warranty for an additional $60. SKIL has t year warranty so extended won't help since the mower was a little over a month when the problem occurred. I've used it twice. It was great but now dies immediately once touches ground regardless of the level. I have raised it to highest level. It is clean, kept in a closed shed, battery stored indoors and fully charged. I've read ad. Talked to Lowe's. They are known for some electrical issues. I've left at least 5 messages for Skil at 1-877-754-5999. Friday I even placed my phone on speaker while I drove home and started dinner. Same we are assisting other callers you can leave a message and we will return your call within 24 hours or continue to wait. I continued since none of my other calls have been returned. At exactly 7 it rolled me to their voicemail. I waited on hold for approximately 1 hour and 45 mins. They don't answer their phone or return calls. Lowes doesn't know how to help me and shocked that this company will not communicate with me. They no longer have them in stock like they did or they would have swapped it for me they said. Resolution Sought I need this mower replaced. It's the only one I have.
