I want to file a complaint against Skin Med located on 4501 Mission Bay Dr, Suite 2A, San Diego, CA 92109 I was there for a promo they offered on Facebook for $59. The esthetician Lauren was very rude about giving the promo and charged my affirm account without permission she asked to see my phone and charge $700 from my phone app without my permission. I did not want to use her services and she refuses to refund back to me Resolution Sought Refund my money back to my account
