I had a brain tumor diagnosed May 17, 2023 that I needed to get removed. Because of the location of the brain tumor, I couldn't use my right arm and right leg. I am in therapy as of today. I told them this and they said they would refund me over the phone. I've been emailing them since the phone conversation and no one's gotten back to me. I think it's a dud email account. There are 2 transactions totaled together. I initially requested the first transaction order #AYQUPZ4IT to be refunded. The amount was $219.45. I have attached the 2 transactions hitting my credit card and the emailed receipt. The second transaction I wish to be refunded because I think it's bad business to not answer someone. Even if they told me 'no', I would have been fine with the facial credits. But they didn't even answer. They told me it went to "spam", which, if you know that it originally went to spam, wouldn't you periodically check for any future emails? I just think it's a poor business. Resolution Sought Give me a full refund.
