I wish to complain about SKINCARE MARKET that delivered an order valued at $551.39 to the wrong physical address and they have done nothing to fix this or refund me for an order I never received. I made the purchase (ORDER 104879) on 4 October 2022 and it was delivered by USPS to the incorrect address in New York on 8 October 2022. I want a refund or redelivery of the order (I have subsequently left the US where I was for a period for work and and am now back in South Africa). When I first learned of this problem, I contacted the customer service email contact on the website and Sandra Wise replied on 11 October that she was referring the matter to a Peter who apparently heads up customer service. Despite numerous emails and telephone calls no-one has attempted to resolve the issue or come back to me. This is shocking service as the USPS delivery address was clearly wrong - they delivered to postcode 10282 instead of 10022 (I have proof of delivery by USPS to incorrect postal code compared with what I specified on my order).
