Customer Complaint

Hired them to draw plans for a carport. Paid them the money but when I took the plans to the county they stated the weren't acceptable because the electronic signature wasn't any good. Tried multiple times through email, texts, phone calls but no reply. I went to their office but nobody there. Not sure what else I can do so I'm filing this complaint. Resolution Sought I would like the plans to go through so I can start to build my carport.
