The sky country solar company installed the panels, which are not producing and I have to pay the financing company and SCE. The panels were installed incorrectly, Sky country solar has filed bankruptcy. Resolution Sought Fix my 28 Solar Panels. Refund the money I am paid to SCE .

We recently purchased solar on 10 12 22 acct 8010641006 from sky solar. They have put the panels on the roof however, nothing else has been done. They keep telling us someone is coming out for final inspection and No one shows up. It's almost been 3 months and the project is not finished. The company's sales person named chance told us it was a 1 month project. He has not returned our calls until today 122722 and told me the project is finished. When I told him that nothing has been done except the solar panels he indicated the he was just the salesman and it wasn't his problem. I called the company they couldn't tell me anything new and were very rude. I just want them to have the city inspect the solar and get it running. The finance company wants there monthly payment of 220 . So at this point because of sky solar we are paying are electric bill and the bill for solar that is not connected. To sum it up sky solar has lied to us and stopped communicating with us Resolution Sought Finish there project so I can use the solar system I'm paying for

He thinks he can make up stories on timelines but in our agreement it says that we would be done with everything in 12 weeks give or take even with some things out of our control we are still in the time period promised. We had Thanksgiving we had Thanksgiving we had Christmas And we've been waiting on a part. Marlina project manager talk to Timothy's wife 3 times last week right before Christmas and a couple times the week before period no one has failed To answer his calls. Chance Stroud his cell's rep was out of the country and didn't have service for a week so the wife called the office and got her questions answered immediately. We explained we are just waiting on one piece to come in but because the supply issues there has been a delay and the holidays have not helped. Out of nowhere yesterday Timothy called and left 2 threatening voicemails we did not answer because we were on the phone Tuesday to the supply house seeing if the part finally came in as they were closed on Monday. We call him back 15 minutes later and he went off on marlina. Calling her a stupid b**** a liar a c*** a stupid f****** moron every mean word you can possibly think of And she continued trying to be nice and explain what was going on and that we'd be out there on the 3rd of January to install the last missing piece and have inspection passed with the city. He just went off on us out of nowhere everything was OK yesterday in the voicemail see threatened if we did not reach back to him by the end of the day he was going to file legal action against us which we have not failed at anything so good luck on that and file a complaint with the BB. We responded within 15 minutes he was violently abusive to Marlena And didn't let her explain anything and still move forward with his threats. Marlene and then ended up sending an email because he hung up on her letting him know we'd be out on the 3rd of January with the part installed in inspection same day. He also reached out to chance straound his cell's wreck called him a stupid liar where the worst company in the world punch your names and hung up on him He was just on one yesterday And I don't think it's right if his review gets posted or complaint shows on BB. I attach the contract so you can see we are a 100% in compliance with not made updates but what he signed and agreed to when we sold the project and it shows 12 weeks and also says give or take because certain things can come up that are out of our control. Literally if he was to Sue us I would win because he was violently abusive and harassive to a woman who happens to be Hispanic and he through racial slurs in my sales rep. We also time stamp each call email and text made to homeowners so if the BBB would like to see proof that we have communicated and we didn't just sell him 3 months ago or just under 3 months ago and haven't heard from him again that is not the case This is very upsetting and after Timothy was done abusing 2 of my employees marlina I had to give the rest of the day off Because he made her cry because he was so abusive it's disgusting that he thinks he can even treat people this way much less now come after a honest hardworking company with good employees doing what we promised. You can see his missed calls and we called him back. Even after he harassed calling marlina horrible named and hung up on her she tried to call him back. He didn't give us to the end of the day. He wrote the complaint after we did what he asked giving him final dates and updates less than two hours after his original miss call. He even emailed us back bragging about his complaint replying to the email we sent him saying we are scheduled with the city on Jan 3rd. Both of my employees not only feel sick after the way Timothy treated them but sick again for getting a disgusting complaint that was the opposite of the truth. We pride ourselves on how we do business and as a owner of a company this stuff makes it hard to want to even continue to be in business as it's so unfair and wrong.

They are absolutely lying I did not threaten them . I attempted to get an answer when they were going to come out and finish my solar. The have told me numerous times that they would be out to finish project and have not called or showed up. The salesman named chance told me the entire project would take about a month after the solar panels were up. They are not telling the truth all I have got from this company is false promises and lies. I would get out of this scandalis project if I could but unfortunately I can't. I just want the project finished like they said it would be. And I want you to be aware and the public on how bad and unprofessional this company is. If they ever complete their project lord help me if I ever need any service done. I ve purchased solar before and had a wonderful experience and the whole process took about a month with constant communication. This company dies not communicate at all.

This job is almost complete. I've showed the BBB a copy of the contract signed by both parties showing we are still in the promised time line. I've shared that we are going out this week to finalize everything and that was shared with the homeowner as well. Not much more can be done as we are doing what we have promised and what the homeowner is demanding already! We are not refusing to finalize inspection or anything, just needed the part to come in that we have explained many times. Blake Lewow President
