On October 16, 2023 I made my last payment, because my new bill was $137.00. I told the man that work at this office I was cancelling, he had another customer in the office at the time. The man in the office told me to talk to Dish on the phone about a deal. He said goal $84.00/a month, remove dish protect, keep my channels the same , keep all 3 boxes, and to ask dish for 12 month offer, it didn't work. I told the man in the office to cancel he must of forgotten The man in the office said he didn't work for dish he worked on his own time those were his exact words. We told the man we were just going to pay the $96.98. that's all. Now Dish wants to stick us with $411.00, I don't have that kind of money. This man all he did was yell at me and my partner. It's the man at Sky View, Satellite, inc fault. Oh I forgot the man in the office said he recorded everything that was said. I don't think that's true because there was another customer in the office he was attending to besides us please help me resolve this matter. I gave back all 3boxes, remotes and cords, I have a receipt for that Resolution Sought I want this company and Dish to stop harassing me. I'm just going to pay the $96.98. And I'm do. Please help us. Thank you for your time and help
