I was told over the phone that I could get insurance got 70 per month, then when I agreed that changed and I was told well we can get you a lower rate for 64 monthly but you have to pay a 200 down payment , when I said I didn't have it they said oh make 2 payments in 2 weeks, well as this was a fraction of what my current cost was I thought maybe I should but after giving my card number he told me he wouldn't run till I read and signed the e papers and if I chose not to get it it would just be canceled out ! After reading papers and seeing Bristol west only asked for 56 down he changed his story and now said he told me it was a diversion program for safe drivers ( this was a lie ) after saying I want to just cancel he said he told me this was for roadside but I would have to pay up front turn in receipt then be reimbursed well living on disability I will never afford up front roadside service then I argued with him and a supervisor about all these hoops they want me to jump to be reimbursed so I went to Bristol west to talk to them when I learned they didn't even have an acct for me , now I'm not only out the 150 but now my insurance has lapsed! Resolution Sought Give me my money and stop swindling people.

We looked in to this matter. This Policy was purchased and then client flat cancelled on the same day. The notes indicated that the client would not speak to us again after purchasing the policy. The client would only put her boyfriend on the telephone. Refund from SkyBlue was issued on that same day. We contacted the insurance carrier for this policy, Bristol West Insurance, and they confirmed that they issued a refund to the customer on November 10, 2023. We have closed this file as resolved.

The insurance agent said that all my information was good and charged my card 300. After the payment was made she said my account was flagged and that I was misrepresenting information. If my information is misrepresented why did you take my money ? Now they trying to get me to sign a form for misrepresentation. Never received a email with the policy number. Resolution Sought Give me my money back.
