Skyborne Airline Academy sold me school package and contract from January 2023 to January 2024 . I passed FAS test and I was support out to flight . However, I was discriminated against and left behind. Only flew 2 hours. I decided to cancel contract . School is not responding as to my reconciliation fees and when money will be send back to Sallie Mae. I was only there for a month ( did ground school , 2 hours of flight , and books) money back base on contract should be $30,000 I haven't received any confirmation or details. So far CEO text to have an informal conversation with me . He never answered as per money . Resolution Sought Money back to Sallie Mae and reconciliation letter when details

Company states: While we do not agree with Ms. De La Cruz complaint, her contract was cancelled and funds returned. Timeline Below: Training Started: 1/9/2023 Tranier Cancelled By Student: 2/23/2023 Equipment Returned: 2/28/2023 Refund Processed: 3/8/2023 From cancellation to refund was 10 business days.
