I want them to up-grade and make their motel more safe and efficient.

I paid 65$ for a one night stay. I noticed there was no fire extinguisher, no back way out if perchance their was a fire. Also the phone was in the closet with no cord. The front window doesn't open. The refrigerator is covered in rust. Also the toilet is not bolted down. And last the TV is in operable.
