I wish to enter a complaint regarding SKYLINE, a manufacturer of their Mini Thermal Massager, priced at $150.00. This product was purchased at the Jacksonville Senior Expo on May 17, 2023, in Jacksonville, Florida at the the Jacksonville Prime Osborn auditorium. Upon purchase, the item only worked for one week, and even on battery charger, refused to work. I contacted them online at www.IQSkyline.com, and they agreed to send me a replacement. Once I received the replacement, the same thing happened, I would charge it and it only worked a week. I contacted them again online and they stated they would contact me after a review. I never heard from them again. I attempted another email, no reply. After sever phone calls at their number (702) 260-8829 and there was an immediate disconnect. Therefore, I am reaching out to BBB to request a refund of the $150.00. My phone number is (904) 307-2629. Resolution Sought Give me a refund from the purchase of this device, $150.00.

A sales guy come to our house saying that ADT have send him cause ADT and Brinks work together and now they are going the separate ways and that Brinks have better equipment and equality, so this guy name Alejandro came over and he told us about the new monitor and the better quality they have, he explained us that we needed a contract with them but my husband said NO that the wanted months to month cause we where in one year contract with ADT so he said I will take care off that you don't need to do anything I'll write a letter letting them know that your cancellation with them and your going to be with us know. So we agreed to go with the process. And what was our surprise ADT and Skyline security(Brinks) charge us both at the same time. We calm ADT to see why have they charged this month and they said because we don't have any cancellations from no one. And we told they who came and what happened and they said that was b…… cause they haven't heard anything from them. So now we call Skyline to cancel and they said that we can't cancel cause we have a contract with them. This is B…. We are so disappointed of them we never going to recommend (Brinks) with no one. We just one our money back and gave nothing else to do with them do they can come and pick their stuff and return what they tuck from ADT. Resolution Sought To cancel anything we have with you, To give us are money back and take your stuff back and bring our equipment back.
