In April I purchased a security plan from skyline security services. They installed the alarm took the payment and it's been over 3 months and they still haven't returned with my doorbell. They've given me four different appointments for a technician to come and bring me my doorbell. Each time the technician was a no-show. When I call them to try to get them to come and get their equipment because I no longer wanted to pay for a plan when I don't have all the equipment, they told me that I had to pay $5,000 to get out of the contract.. Now when I call they just put me on hold and never come back to me. Resolution Sought Bring my doorbell or let me out of my contract. The security system is on my credit report. They have not missed an appointment to take out a payment so I don't feel like I should have to pay when I haven't received all that comes with my order.
