After driving halfway across town during the pandemic, which I was told to come over there by one of their salesman whoever answers the phone, when I get there I got enough money for the down payment no problem but because I don't have a full-time job and because I'm disabled on SSI. I'm not allowed to get a vehicle from these people even though I have an income same income for 11 years. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone

Horrible customer service

I have a car with these people there already, its a Nissan Juke 2015 I have been making payment every two weeks. I'm not gonna lie, car runs good. Its the people that work there that have very bad customer service!! Omg And the worst one is Yuri Jaimes. She is a very very awful person. She is definitely not doing a good job !! I think they should not have a person like her working there .Very bad service!!???
I would like for them to be more understanding with there customers. And that woman, Yuri Jaimes, i think she should not work there at all she is not doing her job well and she its showing the other ones to be like her .
